Behavioral Styles and Values in the Workplace

Using time tested DISC and PIAV assessments everyone on your team will learn to see themselves the way others do. DISC is the universal language of behavior and emotion. The PIAV assessment (personal interests, attitudes and values) measures the relative prominence of six basic interests or attitudes, (or a way of valuing life).

DISC is the world’s most powerful language—the language of how we act and what we communicate to others. The DISC instrument is a dynamic assessment tool used in companies all over the world for improving communication, building teams, management and positioning employees. The DISC measures observable behavior and emotion, which has four major categories. Most people measure high in one or two categories and lower in the others; however there are over 21,000 possible combinations. Over 40 million people worldwide have used the DISC instrument.
