In addition to teaching and mentoring, she brings over 25 years of inner development skills to the Executive Purpose™ coaching experience. Her business background includes book publishing, operations management, real estate investing, group facilitation and personal mentoring. Desirée is a natural when it comes to "getting" who people are. Add this to her lifetime of practical experience and personal success and you have a seasoned ally for enhancing your confidence and daily effectiveness.

Sandy Jilton
As client services representative, Sandy will facilitate your introduction to the Executive Purpose programs with her unique ability to understand your personal life transition. Sandy has expressed her love of people, and their individual journeys, through her diverse experience as a sales and marketing executive in various areas of the country. Her business background includes management positions with two Fortune 500 companies, public relations, events, and non-profit administration. Her natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life is translated through her compassionate listening, and intuitive skills.

Navigating her own waters for living a more heartfelt life, Sandy has participated in the Executive Purpose program. “A lot of people don’t realize that by going from a place of fear to a place of faith through this powerful, transformative program, their lives can be directed with more ease and self-assurance.” Sandy will guide you through the steps of clearly defining a plan for your life with our Executive Purpose retreat and mentoring programs.

Bob Korman
Bob Korman was a co-founder and President of MEGA Systems & Chemicals, an Arizona based equipment supplier to the semiconductor industry. The company was a bootstrap start-up initiated in 1986 and was sold to a Fortune 500 Company in 1998. MEGA was named as one of the fastest growing high tech companies in Arizona for 1997 & 98 and was ranked 112 on the list of Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies for the period 1993 – 97. Bob was named AZ Hi-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year. Since that time Bob has been active with Angel Investor Groups and has assisted small business start-ups as a consultant, investor and board member.

Bob’s background ranges from U.S. Navy Veteran, blue-collar worker, corporate executive, small business owner and small business advisor (in that order). His varied experience allows him to relate to people in all walks of life.

As a business mentor and teacher, Bob makes it easy for people to grasp and apply his lessons of what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. Bob works with Executive Purpose™ clients to bring practical structure to their business vision and tackle the world of raising capital.

Sherry Watson
Sherry Watson is nationally recognized as a leading grant expert. She founded and served as Executive Director of three 501 (c) (3) Corporations generating millions of dollars in Grant Money to fund the corporations and their missions. 

Sherry worked with the New Mexico Legislature to secure $40,000 in seed money from the State General Funds, which has now grown into an annual budget of several million dollars. The additional funding has been provided through Grant Money and other contracts.

Sherry utilizes her expertise in grant writing, strategic planning and business building in her consulting work with entrepreneurs, business owners and those who have a vision to help others. She works with people and organizations in all phases ranging from start-ups to small business ventures to large corporations. 

Sherry worked with Congress to create Grant funding opportunities from the federal government for $20 Million. Most recently she designed and implemented a $700 Million (and growing) healthcare program!

Currently, Sherry designs programs for teaching others how to change people’s lives using Grant Money. Her passion is to help people get the funding they need to see their highest aims realized. Sherry works with Executive Purpose™ clients to succeed in the world of grant funding.
